Fairfield Ponte Vedra is a security gated community and encompasses 448
home within 13 separate sub-associations. It has 2 pools, an exercise facility,
large clubhouse, RV/Boat lot, walking paths and 2 playgrounds. following are answers to

Is
there a homeowners association? -
The
Fairfield
Association is the master homeowners association, manages and
oversees all of the areas common to the 13 sub-associations (lakes,
roads, Rv lot, sidewalks, pool, clubhouse, recreation areas, security
etc. as well as the 8 sub-associations that have not incorporated. The
Association governs as set forth in the Covenants and Articles of
Incorporation of the Association.

What
are the 13 sub-associations?
- The
13 sub-divisions related to as sub-associations are:
Carriage Houses, Club Cottages, Court Homes, Bay Hill/Bay Island, Glen
Eagles, Pool Villas I/II, Pool Villas III, Azalea Point I, Azalea Point
IIA, Azalea Point IIB, Azalea Point IIC, Azalea Point IID, and Azalea

Are
the sub-associations incorporated?-
5 of Fairfield's 13 sub-associations are incorporated and guided
by their own Covenants for their specific (not common) areas.
These sub-associations, however, may at their discretion refer matters
to the Master Association Board of Directors for resolution. (return

Who
is on the association board of directors (BOD)?
- Ideally
the Master Association Board is comprised of a member from each
sub-association. A list of the BOD can be found under the "Master

When are the
BOD meetings?
- Regular meetings are held at the Clubhouse the
3rd Wednesday of every month except July and December. An annual meeting
is held in March.

What is the
Association Dues and where do I pay it?
- As of Jan 2011 the Master Association dues
was $392.00.
In addition, sub-association dues for incorporated sub-associations
varies with each sub-association's expenses for lawn care and the like. You
will receive an invoice quarterly for the dues. During 2009. It is
