Security - Issues related to crimes including burglary, vandalism, etc and Issues related to gate security, access. Violations - Reporting or inquiries regarding Rules and Regulation Violations Lakes - Issues related to the 13 lakes on the Fairfield premises. Facilities - Issues related to maintenance and upkeep of the Fairfield common facilities including. the Clubhouse, Pools, Playground, Tennis Courts.  Finance - Issues regarding the Assn. Budget, expenditures, dues etc. Landscape - Issues related to the maintenance of common area lawns, shrubbery, flower beds and trees. RV Lot - Issues related to the RV Lot, its maintenance & availability.  Roads & Sidewalks - Issues related to any of the roads and sidewalks and parking lots in the Fairfield premises.  Irrigation - Issues relating to the Irrigations system maintained by the association.
