To
print forms: Double click on desired form to open Adobe Reader, then use
the "File, Print" on the reader.
If you browser does not permit opening it , you can
save the file to your hard drive by right
clicking the underlined link and "Saving Target as..."(
Note: forms are in Adobe pdf format. If you do not have the latest
Adobe reader
you can download it free from the following link)
